SILVER PACKAGE
This is our basic package and consists of:
° Collecting garbage
° Vacuuming carpeted floors and mats.
° Sweeping and mopping of the floors.
° Cleaning entrance way doors and windows.
° Cleaning window sills and blinds*
° Cleaning interior glass.
° Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and cafeteria areas (including
inside
of microwave ovens).
° Cleaning and sanitizing washrooms: wiping down the sink(s),
counter(s), toilet fixture(s), mirror(s).
° Featherdusting for cobwebs
° Lightly dusting all surfaces**
* Please Note:
Other cleaning of windows to be discussed.
** Please Note: We
do not mind picking things up and dusting under
them, but if desks are very cluttered we will only dust around things
as we know people do not want their paperwork disturbed. We strongly
suggest if people want their desk's cleaned to put everything in the
centre.
GOLD PACKAGE
This package includes:
° Everything from the Silver Package
° Steam cleaning carpets once per year.
° Strip-sealing and applying 3 coats of wax once per year.
° Spray buffing hard floors once per month.
PLATINUM PACKAGE
This package consist of:
° Everything from the Silver & Gold Packages
° Steam cleaning carpets as required (maximum 4 times per year)
° Spray buffing hard floors once per week.

° Each package can be altered to meet your individual needs.
° Care-All
Cleaning will supply all equipment and cleaning chemicals at no extra
cost to you.
° Prices of the packages vary (depends on who supplies garbage bags
and
bathroom essentials).
° Prices for stripping and waxing floors are based on the customer
clearing the floor area. If we have to clear the floor area or areas an
additional cost will apply.
